Board & Training Room Rental
For people who crave social simplicity, creativity, technology, sustainability, and a sense of community in their small meeting & training space.
Rental Hours
8am – 9pm everyday!

$30.00 per hour | $45.00 per hour |
$60.00 per half day | $90.00 per half day |
$120.00 per full day 8:00 – 5:00 | $180.00 per full day 8:30 – 4:00 |
$60.00 per evening | $90.00 per evening |
* plus applicable taxes
Half a day rentals are from: 8:00am - 12:00pm or from 1:00pm - 5pm.
Evening rentals are from 5:30-9:00pm
Hourly rates are available on request, telephone enquiries only.
*Members: Rate applies to members of the Young Professionals of Nanaimo, Downtown Nanaimo BIA or Hostelling International.
Included with your room rental is use of the white board, tables, chairs, Shaw high-speed Wi-Fi, bring-your-own catering option and private use bathroom. Optional services include:
- Coffee/tea/water $2.50/person
- Catering From simple $10 lunches to chef catered beverage & food pairing. Expect great tastes! Custom pricing applies.
- Great Room day-use
- For a break-out session, unwind in the Great Room with our lounge, fireplace, tables, kitchen & foosball table. Separate charge may apply and is subject to availability.
AV Equipment Mac & PC compatible laptop, digital projector, screen. VISA/MC deposit is required & additional charge applies.
- In a Board Room configuration, the room comfortably sits up to 14 people.
- In a Classroom configuration, the room comfortably sits up to 14 people.
- In an Open or Presentation configuration, the room comfortably sits up to 20 people.
