9:30 am – Santa arrives by Harbour Air at Harbourfront Float Plane Terminal

10:30 am – Santa officially opens his new Workshop at Nanaimo Museum

10-4pm – Festival of Trees on display, Vancouver Island Conference Centre

1 pm – Nanaimo Lion’s Santa Parade ... (Victoria, Commercial and Front St.)

2-4 pm – Santa Meet & Greet at the Vancouver Island Conference Centre
